Being a Swiss company, privacy has always been part of our culture and a strong commitment for us. Customer information is strictly used for the process of customer’s requests and orders. RIGHT TO ACCESS, CORRECT AND DELETE DATA AND STORAGE
Our customers have the right to be informed of the personal data that is stored and how it has been used. Such personal information can be deleted by submitting a written request, at any time. We store your information while applying the highest business standards in terms of IT security. All workplaces and devices are protected with the best available tools on the market while maintenance and monitoring is constantly done. All our servers and cloud storage, as well as connections to internet used in house and while off site are encrypted. Suppliers providing related IT services are required to apply similar measures.
MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not show or upload personal data to our website or any other on-line service. Management of your personal data can be done through specific request in written to our customer service. You can also make choices about our collection and use of your data or deletion. You can choose whether you wish to receive promotional communications from our company by email. Such choice can done on the mailing received using the “unsubscribe” link or make a written request to our customer service.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We take care of details relevant for processing customer’s requests and orders and maintaining the business relationship only. Typically names, e-mails, phone numbers and company addresses are retained. No pictures, videos or anything other than the mentioned information is stored.

We strictly use information for processing orders and for communicating company news. Information is not passed or sold to any third part or used for any other purpose other than what indicated above.
