The prices will be displayed on the checkout.
This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) pol-encoded p51/66 reverse transcriptase (RT) proteins. The antibody was raised by immunizing BALB/c mice with purified HIV-1 (Strain IIIB) lysate. It is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free culture supernatant by protein A chromatography. This antibody cross-reacts with the HIV-2 reverse transcriptase proteins. No reactivity with HTLV-I reverse transcriptase has been detected.
Anti-HIV-1 RT (Clone 39/4.12.2) exhibits reactivity using Western blotting and ELISA. Antibody dilutions should be prepared using buffers containing suitable protein in order to stabilize antibody activity. Optimal dilution of antibody must be determined experimentally by the investigator.
