Coxsackievirus Type A01 – CFHI

Coxsackievirus is a non-enveloped enterovirus that contains a linear, positive-sense single-stranded RNA. Coxsackievirus Type A1 (Strain: Tompkins) is propagated in the RD or LLC-mk2 cell lines. Heat inactivated culture fluids are sold in 1.0 mL aliquots, and shipped on dry ice. Each lot of viral culture fluid is assayed for its Tissue Culture Infective Dose (TCID50) before being heat inactivated. Custom orders are available, including specific volumes and package sizes
