Human CRF ELISA Kit is a competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CRF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.
Applications:Competitive ELISA, Reactivity:Human, Product range:2.188-140 pg/ml, Sensitivity:1.4 pg/ml, Storage:Store at +4?C. Do not use past expiration date!, Target:CRF, Sample type:Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids, Principle assay:Human CRF ELISA Kit (A79234) employs the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative measurement of human CRF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate has been pre-coated with CRF antigen. During the incubation, CRF present in the samples or standards competes with the fixed amount of immobilized CRF for binding sites on the Biotinylated Anti-CRF Antibody. The more CRF present in a sample or standard, the less Biotinylated Anti-CRF Antibody that binds to the plate. Following incubation, unbound Biotinylated Anti-CRF Antibody is removed by washing, and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate is added to the wells and the microtiter plate is incubated. Following incubation and washing, TMB substrate solution is then used to visualize the HRP enzymatic reaction by catalysis to produce a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after addition of acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is inversely proportional to the amount of CRF present in each sample or standard. The concentration of CRF can then be calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve, Assay type:Competitive (quantitative), Detection type:Colorimetric, Platform:Pre-coated Microplate (12 x 8 well strips), Assay time:4h 30m
+25° C.
