Microwells coated with polyclonal antibodies to human IgM form the capture phase of the WASH PLATE assay. Captured human IgM then reacts with detector antibody which is a polyclonal anti-human IgM conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. Enzyme activity in the wells are then quantified using tetramethyl benzidine as a substrate.
